Next to Domaine Drouhins estate vineyard planted in 1971, ancient Marine soils surrounded by Jory soils and this is the first vintage of Dijon Clone 76 fermented in concrete amphora and then racked to neutral French barrels only 240 cases produced annually and this wine has a beautiful nose of white flowers, briny mineral highlights with fresh green apple and lemon citrus fruit, a long complex finish with tongue tingly minerality lingering through the finish.  Finish 45+ Most Excellent
