2014 Catena Zapata Adrianna Vineyard White Stones Chardonnay Mendoza

they made these wines since the 2006 vintage but they were not released until the 2009 when they were confident that they had this right these. This wine has a bit of a gravelly mineral note to the green apple and lemon zest on the nose with a touch of lightly toasted oak spice, still a bit tightly wound. Bright and zesty on the tongue this wine needs a bit of time but has wonderful balanced and is a dead ringer for a white burgundy. Most Excellent
