Organically produced, 10% Fiano in the blend and this wine is barrel fermented, has a very rich bouquet of almond and lightly toasted oak spice, vanilla and lightly buttered toast, rich tree fruits and a hint of chalky mineral notes, very complex bouquet. A very rich and creamy texture on the tongue with a nice hand of toasty oak, lovely complexity wiht a nice freshness from the Fiano, a long layered finish that is even better on the second day!!
