2012 Nugan Estate Chardonnay Drovers Hut Chardonnay Riverina

No malo, this hut on the property is 120 years old and the Drover is a Cowboy, this wine sees some 1 and 2 year old oak French and they do some battonage to get some richness and there is also a stainless component to the blend. The bouquet has a very intense lemon drop candy like component with white flowers and hints of vanilla spice and creme flan. Nice richness on the tongue with a bit more fruit here and a nice touch of spice and good freshness on the finish. Finish 40+ Very Good +
