This is the flagship of the house and the longest established wine in the house, about 40% of the production, the Brut Excellence is only 35% of the production. This is always a blend of 3 excellent vintages and is aged for 4-5 years on the lees, a beautiful nose with complex array of whtie flowers, almonds and fresh toaty notes, vanilla creme, hazelnut, nice complexity on the nose.
