The NV (2017) Extra Brut Blanc de Blancs Delos Grand Cru is fabulous. Bright and full of energy, the Extra Brut sizzles with tension. Lemon peel, white flowers, mint and white pepper are all beautifully lifted. The Extra Brut really comes alive with a bit of time in the glass. It's a style that works so well at Moncuit.
