35% Pinot Noir, 35% Pinot Meunier, 30% Chardonnay

The first of our Champagnes, emblem of the house for more then 60 years. Still elaborated with equals parts of Pinot noir, Meunier and Chardonnay, harvested in our premier cru vineyards of Chamery, Vrigny and Coulommes la Montagne. Aged for 48 months in the cellars, the Brut Premier cru includes an important proportion of reserve wines made in the precedents harvests. They represent a true memory of our domain oenological history and helps us to constantly maintain the house style. At the balance of roundness and vivacity, this cuvee shows great aromatic complexity and a structure on the palate that allows many gastronomic pairing.
