NV Bellefon de Besserat Cuvee des Moines Brut Classic

Mostly Pinot Meunier but this is a blend of all three varietals, they own 25 hecatres valley de marne and cotes de callet and they produce around 500,000 bottles, this wine has a very pretty nose of white flowers, pear and apple fruit a hint of vanilla maple creme coming out as the wine opens. Fresh tree fruit on the tongue with a nice touch of that floral/honeyed quality and a light refreshing finish, tongue tingly chalky mineral notes. Finish 35+ Very Good +
