Winemaker Notes: A lemon color with silver-golden reflections, tiny bubbles and a thick foam in expansion open the tasting. On the nose, scents of cannelés and caramelized custard combine. The mouth, also thick, embarks in a salty-sweet register. Minerals accentuate the sweet and sour elements and a modern style compromises the freshness and elegance expected on this 2008.
