2022 Justin Justification Red Blend Paso Robles

Consistent ruby red in color with substantial tears moving down the glass. Notes of red current, black cherry, and plum greet you, followed by lightly floral and earthy aromas, and oak showing as sweet cigar box, pastry crust, and vanilla. Full-bodied and brimming with lush blackberry, black currant, and strawberry preserves. The plush, well-integrated tannins are present through a finish of dried thyme and tarragon, star anise, and warm leather.

Full-bodied but lively and complex on the palate, the 2022 Justification is a versatile food-pairing wine to a wide range of dishes, from herb-crusted pork loin roasted with root vegetables, a pan-seared duck breast, or a classic gourmet burger.

Blend: 51% Merlot, 49% Cabernet Sauvignon
