2021 edition:  Partially aged in Clay Amphora and Taransaud, Bossuet and Darnajou French oak barrels this is a new level of seriousness for our playful muse. Aromas of 100% Cabernet Franc from our Mt. Veeder Estate Vineyard: Wonderful floral notes intertwine with fruit and spice.  In a Burgundy-style bottle.

The 2021 Agnes Sorel, with no added sulphur … offers up savory notes of oolong tea, tar and baked plums with hints of crushed rock and sauteed herbs.  The full-bodied palate is lively and refreshing, with vibrant black and red berry layers.

Agnès Sorel is a no-added-sulphur, natural wine of organically grown Cabernet Franc from Mt. Veeder. This wine contains only the sulphur produced in its own fermentation and allows the purest expression of what our mountain vineyard has to give. Fermented in open top wooden vats and aged for one year or more in terracotta amphorae.
