Our 2021 Mason’s Cabernet begs the question: how can such a delicious wine be so serious? Crushed black cherry and brambleberries form a wall of frontal fruit laced with café mocha, milk chocolate, and showy oak spices. Tightly woven, yet splitting at the seams, the wine carries an elevated sweetness with supple tannins adding length and depth.
