Our flagship wine, the 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon reflects the power, opulence and finesse of our uppermost Cabernet Sauvignon vineyards located at 1400 feet elevation atop Pritchard Hill. The wine displays notes of crushed blackberry and wild sage followed by a vibrant and luxuriant palate with its suggestions of fresh plum, frankincense and cocoa powder. The wine is expressive, especially decanted while young, and will become seductively nuanced with continued aging.
