Big, bold and beautiful are a few words that best describe the 2020 CRU Cabernet Sauvignon. Chocolate covered espresso bean, wet tobacco leaf, dried lavender and hints of roasted meat lead way to a massive entry, concentrated mid-palate, richness and power throughout and a firm tannin profile. The 2020 has the intensity of the estate Cabernets due to the low yielding crop, tiny berries and thick skins. Blend: 94% Cabernet Sauvignon, 2% Cabernet Franc, 1% Malbec, 2% Merlot, 1% Petite Verdot
