Winery Notes: ‘The Butler’ - Reflecting thoughtful farming practices, our biodynamically grown fruit delivered a notable depth of flavor in 2020. Complex flavors of black currant, plums, black pepper, and mushrooms are layered over herbaceous notes of oregano and bay leaf. The palate is full-bodied with soft tannins and a lingering finish.
