2019 ECHOLANDS CABERNET SAUVIGNON PEPPER BRIDGE VINEYARD WALLA WALLA VALLEY

(91 points) Darker currant and cherry fruits, tobacco, earth, and pretty floral notes all emerge from the 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon Pepper Bridge Vineyard, another elegant, lively, pretty, balanced, and medium-bodied effort. As with the Cabernet Franc, it has a subtle vibrant, exotic (I wouldn't be surprised if there was some carbonic maceration here) style that already offers pleasure.
