2017 ROUBAIX VINEYARDS CABERNET SAUVIGNON RUTHERFORD

Winery Notes The 2017 Roubaix Vineyards is a pure expression of Cabernet Sauvignon. It’s a dark opulent and voluptuous wine. Low yields and ideal ripening conditions contributed to the depth of flavors and aroma. Aromas of blackberry, raspberry and cranberry, are complemented by mocha, tobacco, fennel, and delicate cedar. The palate has flavors of dark fruits which include blackberry, blueberry and cherry. The fruit is complemented with sweet wood spice and fine tannins from the extended time aging in barrel. The 2017 Roubaix will develop and evolve for many years to come.
