One-hundred percent Cabernet Sauvignon aged for 22 months in 100% new French oak, the 2016 Cabernet Sauvignon Atmos is very deep purple-black in color and reveals a tantalizing nose of crushed black plums, blackcurrant cordial, blueberry pie and truffles with hints of black pepper, black cherries and black berries with touches of dried herbs and potpourri. Big, rich and powerful in the mouth, it has a rock-solid frame of grainy tannins and great freshness, finishing very long with loads of earth and mineral layers. 48 cases (just two barrels) were made.   Robert Parker   October 29, 2018
