2016 Bydand Cabernet Sauvignon Napa
- Rooted in the heart of Napa Valley’s Rutherford Bench, the small but mighty Slaughterhouse Vineyard delivers on the sterling reputation of this grape growing area. The 1.37-acre site was completely replanted to Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc in the 1990s, and named for the property’s historic slaughterhouse building that still stands today. Our 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon reveals deep and polished flavors of dusty earth, intense currant, dark berry, mineral and graphite. Fine-grained tannins progress to a graceful, gliding, effortless finish.
