2014 Hill Family Estate Cabernet Sauvignon Napa

They sold most of their Cabernet fruit to Silver Oak Briarstone is 700 feet above the valley floor, 80% is sold to Silver Oak, The Caymus, Paul Hobbs, some pretty big names and this wine has a big nose of dark currant and dark chocolate, fresh earth graphite, nice concentration.  Big and chewy with lots of everything lots of ripe jammy fruit wtih ripe round tannins and a nice balance not overly oaked with nice freshness through the finish.  Finish 45+    Excellent +
