A blend of all their vineyards, the 2012 Cabernet Sauvignon Estate contains 95% Cabernet Sauvignon, 3% Cabernet Franc and 2% Petit Verdot. Its opaque purple color is accompanied by wonderful notes of sweet crème de cassis, black raspberries, spring flowers, a hint of toasty oak, and a full, multidimensional, layered mouthfeel.
