A barrel sample of the 2008 Cabernet Sauvignon Backus Vineyard reveals a deep ruby/purple color, a more subdued set of aromatics, loads of fruit, supple tannins, stunning concentration and a more explosive mouthfeel than the restrained aromatics suggest.
