2019 Chateau Lafitte Heritage Cotes de Bordeaux

Heritage is a limited-edition wine created to celebrate the estate’s rich history and honor its owners since 1763. It is a blend of 50% Cabernet Sauvignon and 50% Merlot, sourced from carefully selected vineyard parcels and aged for 16 months in oak barrels.

Tasting Note:  On the first nose, the wine is discreet, but it then opens up to aromas of black cherries, accompanied by notes of oriental spices and tobacco. This vintage is marked by a beautiful structure. It is both fleshy, charming, and has great length. A wine for aging, in the pure style of great Bordeaux wines.
