Vineyard:The grapes are selected from Brigaldara's best vineyards in both the Classica and Valpolicella DOC areas

Training system:Guyot and Pergola veronese

Harvest period:The grapes are harvested by hand from the middle of October

Wine Making:The must is left to macerate during the fermentation with two daily pumping overs and delestage half-way through fermentation

Aging:3 anni in barriques e 2 anni in botti di rovere da 25 hL

Alc. content:17.5%

TASTING NOTES:

The wine is a deep garnet red with aromas of fruity jam, spices, cherries, black cherries, some notes developed from the drying process including tobacco and cocoa.

It is a full bodied wine which is complex, elegant and velvety.
