2021 Domaine Cayron Gigondas

A very typical bouquet with that garrigue character and dried floral notes to the warm berry pie like fruit. Very pretty stuff on the palate with a good hand of sweet ripe red berry fruit strawberry and cherry with exotic spice and floral notes with a very fresh savory finish, lots of spice. A blend of 70% Grenache and the rest Syrah, mourvedre and cinsault. This wine is drinking very nicely now but will age for 3-5 years at least in your cellar. Finish 40 Excellent
