2016 Paolo Scavino Rosso

A blend of Nebbiolo, Barbera, Dolcetto and merlot there used to be Cabernet in this wine, all estate grown fruit, 20-30% of their juice is sold off in bulk, this wine is also all stainless, fresh berry pie fruit on the nose with pertty flowers and some earthy notes very fresh and lively bouquet. This wine has a nice richness on the tongue with layers of fresh fruits, dark cherry, plum and blackberry fruit notes of fresh black earth, truffle and floral highlights on the finish, nice complexity here. Finish 40+ Very Good +
