This estate is in the Mountains, they have 49 hectares of vineyards, more acidity and freshness and alll the wines go through wild fermentation, all stainless and they had two very cold vintages in a 2013 and 2014 they made none of their top wines, they simply could not get the grapes ripe enough. 60,000 bottles produced annually, the winery is in a heritage regional site and they are organic by law. Fresh tree fruits here with pretty white floral notes, lime citrus fruit. A fresh and lively wine on the tongue with fresh apple and lemon lime citrus fruit, zesty tongue tingly acidity and notes of salty mineral notes through the finish. Finish 35+ Very Good +
