Only 1500 cases of this wine produced at a whopping 15% alcohol this wine has a very dark color and a dense nose of dark plum and dark cherry liqueur like fruit notes of peppery spice and smoky bacon fat like highlights. Big and chewy on the tongue with chewy black cherry and black berry fruit, ripe round tannins and a good hand of spice at the end big but still has nice balance and freshness, even better on the second day, nicely balanced for being so large in size.
