Scott and Lynn Adams are the owners of this ten acre vineyard, they sold their grapes until the 2008 harvest winemaker is Michael Zardo, he worked at Bernardus among other wineries. This wine has a beautiful bouquet of asian pear, nutmeg, cinnamon and vanilla bean spice, very rich with vanilla bean creme brulee, nice complexity on the nose, even better on the second day. A very smooth and creamy wine on the tongue with lots of tropical fruit very rich and layered with notes of nutmeg and lightly toasted oak spice through the finish, lovely freshness and balance for such a rich and fruity wine. Finish 45+ Excellent +
