This was a short vintage in the Barossa, they have a serious drought here and this is a blend of 42% Shiraz, 36% Grenache and 22% Mataro, just bottled a few weeks ago. This is a label created by Bruno Tait and his father who was a barrel cooper, in late 1990's they have been very consistent with their quality and price here. A very juicy wine with lots of ripe berry pie like fruit with a pretty floral note and spice, this wine needs a bit of time still a bit closed because of the recent bottling, on the second day this wine had a lot more fruit really opened up nicely. Finish 35+ Very Good
