Based in an ecological park, all fertilizer made in house cool fresh young producer. Has a bit of funk on the nose earthy barnyard like notes with green melon like fruit on the nose and hints of honeysuckle like floral notes. A good amount of fresh melon and apple fruit wtih hints of lemon lime citrus and that pretty floral note from the nose through the finish along with a nice briny character. Finish 35+ Very Good +
