They make 100,000 bottles, a very fresh and clean style long cold maceration 20 days. White asparagus, soils rich in limestone and you get a nice wet stone like minerality to the wine with lemon and green melon like fruit on the nose. Nice weight on the tongue with a good amount of melon fruit, a nice freshness and zest to the finish, lime citus, wet stone like notes at the end. finish 40+ Very Good
