4th Generation winemaker, 52 years of experience started in the vineyard at 10 years old, his villa on the best vineyard site and was made to satisfy his own palate, 80/15/5 Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon 5% Canaiolo. This wine sees a bit more oak and you get some evolution on the nose, fine herbs and a good amount of fresh earth and peppery spice here on the nose, aromas of dried meats. A big and chewy wine on the tongue with layers of fruit, fresh earth, fine herbs, dried meats, very complex and still some fruit here dark plum and cherry with long fresh finish.
