2013 August West Pinot Noir Rosella's Vineyard Santa Lucia Highlands

This wine has 50% new oak, there are only 300 cases produced, a good bit of exotic spices here on the nose, black raspberry fruit very ripe and pretty floral notes here along with exotic spices, nice concentration. A very rich wine on the tongue with a nice silky texture and some tannins here coming through very well built with layers of spice, crushed flowers and more very long and layered finish.
