They have 43 acres and this all goes to the Signorello label 7000 cases mostly Cabernet Sauvignon, a unique terroir they have their own volcanic soils 3 feet of rock Stags Leap to the North and Oak Knoll to the south, they get an average of 2 tons per acre. A bit of Cabernet Franc in the blend, a single vineyard 25 year old vines, 1000 case production Pierre Bierbent has been 18 years, this wine has a good amount of terroir, fresh plowed earth, dark spices, mocha and espresso, cassis, black currants. A big but has ripe round tanins very balanced and a good amount of that spice and earth nuance from the nose through the finsih, even better on the second day but this wine needs time even though it is a ripe forward vintage, this wine is built to last. Finish 45+ Excellent +
