2012 Domaine Comte Abbatucci Cuvee Faustine

A hero of the French revolution that fought with napoleon, this wine is made from a clone of of Sangiovese called Scaiccarellu twenty year old vines. Cranberry and kiwi fruit on the nose with light floral notes along with a slight briny character. Bright and refreshing red berry and citrus fruit on the tongue with a zesty finish light briny notes. Finish 35+ Very Good +
