A blend of 85% Merlot and 15% Cabernet Franc, they have the largest number of hectares of the Grand Cru designation in St. Emillion. This wine has a good amount of dirt here on the nose with coffee, tobacco, fine herbs and spice complimenting the dark plum and cherry fruit. An easy drinking wine with light savory finish, nicely balanced, very forward and easy drinking holds up nicely on the second day. Finish 35+ Very Good
