Aged for 15 months in French oak, this is a blend of 70% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Merlot, 10% Petite Verdot and 5% Cabernet Franc, they use purchased fruit here, 6000-8000 bottles produced annually of this cuvee where the name refers to the four people who conscieved the project. A very Bordeaux like bouquet with some black pepper spice, toasty oak, currant and cassis berry fruit, nice intensity here, chocolate covered orange peel. Dark spiced black currant and black plum like fruit, plush and velvety on the tongue with a nice hand of sweet tobacco spice and coco notes through the finish. Finish 40+ Excellent
