A blend of 53% Cabernet Sauvignon, 39% Merlot and 4% Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot. A good amount of currant and cassis berry fruit, fresh plowed earth, graphite, dark tobacco spice, dark coco and more very complex bouquet of aromas. In Axel's view this 2011 is the best vintage that he has ever made so there is one golden label in each 6pk. A very rich and concentrated wine on the tongue with layers of dark berry fruit, currants, cassis and bitter chocolate, dark coffee, fresh earth, and more very long and layered finish, this wine has it all and is so much better the next day, you want to hold on to this wine for a long time, this wine needs time 15+ years.
