A good amount of ripe melon fruit, green fig and some white floral notes, only produced in the best vintages, right on a very shallow lake, that acts like a heat sink for the vineyards around it, lots of botrytis so that is why this dry style is not made every year, fermented in acacia barrels and a tiny splash of residual sugar. A nice bit of spice on the tongue with green melon fruit and tongue tingly minerality coming through the finish. Finish 35+ Very Good +
