2011 Falesco Ferentano lazio

This is the only producer that still has this grape planted and the name is Roscetto, an ancient varietal indigenous to this region where Riccardo Cotarella has saved this varietal from Extinction and this white can be know for its tannins if vinified on the skins. This wine has a pretty notes of apricot fruit, honeyed notes and some rock like mineral notes. A nice amount of rich apricot and canelope like fruit, pretty honeysuckle floral notes.
