2011 Domaine Henri & Gilles Buisson Saint Romain La Perriere

A bit higher in altitude than Meursault and with global warming it is not much trouble getting these vines ripe anymore. This wine has a touch of vanilla spice to the fresh apple and pear fruit almond notes and a good hand of minerality, flinty notes to the bouquet. A nice touch of oak spice to the green apple and lemon citrus fruit, has nice weight on the tongue with a host of tongue tingly mineral notes through the finish. Finish 40+ Excellent
