2011 Castra Rubra Syrah Nimbus Premium Thracian Valley

Has a good amount of fresh herbs and floral notes with black cherry, notes of roasted coffee, dark plum and smoky highlights here also. A good amount of dark berry and plum fruit on the palate with a nice balance and freshness, thick and chewy with notes of dark coco smoke and black earth, sweet herbs and has a a long finish, this wine is a bit tannic still on the finish.
