A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah, Petie Verdot and a touch of Alicante Bouchet, aged in new Tonneux for 24 months, only 3500 bottles produed and only made in top vintages. A big bouquet of fresh earth, roasted meats and dark spices, truffle like earth notes and black berry fruit, dried herbs. A big wine on the palate with a firm hand of tannins and acidity echoing the dark earth and spices from the nose through the finsih. Finish 50+ Most Excellent
