Breuer comes from a long, heralded winemaking lineage of the Rheingau. His more famous uncle, Georg Bruer probably comes to mind first. The connection with the land and intricacies of the cellar were learned over many years and at last Stefan left the nest and explored in his own way. This wine has 5 grams of residual sugar and a very rich ripe peach and apple fruit with notes of honeysuckle, leafy and slate like mineral notes from the Rheingau. A good amount of ripe tree fruit apples, peach and lime citrus like fruit with notes of mineral and a hint of tongue tingly mineral notes at the end, nicely balacned leaves the tongue salivating for food.
