2010 Bindi Sergardi Simbiosi Numero 89 Mocenni Chianti Classico Gran Selezione

This was a project that started 2006 and they planted this parcel of the vineyard in 1998 in plot 89 Sangiovese, this wine is the first vintage of this wine and this is an incredible vintage from Tuscany filled with dark berry fruit, fresh plowed earth, only 5000 bottles produced, lots of savory herbs and dark spices this wine, even more bouquet coming out on the second day this wine is very well built. Big and chewy with lots of everything, big and structrue but has wonderful and a long finish, needs time but has all the right stuff. Finish 50+ Most Excellent
