Only 1000 375mls every 3-4 years and the name here refers to the big fountain, and this was called recioto but they have left the DOC, this is 100% Gargannega and the grapes are dried for 3 months basically the same process as the Amarone, there are 24 grams of residual, so not overly sweet. A tonic like quality to the nose with candied lemon citrus and geranium floral notes. Nice sweetness on the tongue with candied ginger and that tonic like quality on the finish, white flowers and a nice hand of acidity leaving the tongue refreshed on the finish. Finish 40+ Excellent +
