2009 L'Arco Recioto della Valpolicella

They only make this wine 2-3 times a decade, Recioto is the best wine in Valpolicella and this wine has only been made twice 2003 and this 2009. A very concentrated and rich like the amarone on seroids with an array of dried fruits, dark spices, balsamic and this wine has 70 grams per liter of residual but wears it very well with a firm hand of acidity to keep things fresh and leaves you wanting a second glass, not at all sweet on the finish, this wine is just oozing with flavors and the finish just goes on and on, WOW!!
