A classic dessert wine from Tuscany but is a bit ligher only 40 grams of sugar instead of the 60 from most producers and this wine has that classic dried fruits, dates, figs, and sundried raisins with christmas cake like spice. A ligher style but has balance and freshness with a medium length on the finish, Vin Santo is meant to be consumed shortly after bottling so no need to cellar this wine further.
