at The foothills of Mount Olympus, there is 15% Merlot in the blend and this wine has a very big bouquet of dark currant and cassis berry fruit fresh plowed earth and black pepper spice on the nose, opening up very nicely on the second day. A very rich and concnetrated wine onthe tongue showing multiple layers of dark currant berry fruit, tobacco spice, black pepper and fresh plowed earth, very long and layered finish with lots of tannins but lots of everything else also. This wine could last for decades in your cellar very well built and balanced. Finish 50+ Most Excellent
